Grundlagen dieses Buches waren das Manuskript zu einem 2019 erschienener Artikel im deutschen HIFI Magazin HÖRERLEBNIS Nr. 107, S. 88-102 „Drei Jahre ohne Bowie & Cohen“. Im Zuge ständiger Updates meiner cohenpedia.de und anlässlich der 5jährigen Todestage von David Bowie im Januar 2021 und November 2021 überarbeitete ich den Artikel, sichtete im zweiten Jahr der Corona- Pandemie 2021 mein Archiv, suchte nach zu meist unveröffentlichten Fotos, updatete und upgradete Manuskripte und publizierte schließlich das bilinguale Buch „DAVID BOWIE & LEONARD COHEN – Begegnungen & Erinnerungen – encounters & memories“ als Band 5 der „Zen & Poesie – The Cohenpedia Series“.
The basis of this book was the manuscript for an article published in 2019 in the German HIFI magazine HÖRERLEBNIS No. 107, pp. 88-102 „Three years without Bowie & Cohen“. In the course of constant updates of my cohenpedia.de and on the occasion of the 5-year anniversary of David Bowie’s death in January 2021 and November 2021, I revised the article, looked through my archive in the second year of the corona pandemic in 2021, looked for mostly unpublished photos, and updated and upgraded manuscripts and finally published the bilingual book „DAVID BOWIE & LEONARD COHEN – Encounters & Memories – encounters & memories“ as Volume 5 of the „Zen & Poetry – The Cohenpedia Series“.
