Sie verkaufen Songrechte. Sony hat nun angeblich 500 Millionen Dollar für Bruce Springsteens Backkatalog gezahlt. Sony lässt gab laut Angaben von Chef Rob Stringer im letzten Halbjahr 2021 1,4 Milliarden Dollar für den Katalogeinkauf aus. Jetzt kauft Sony auch den Backkatlog von Leonard Cohen, so eine Meldung vom 6. März 2022. Preis ist derzeit noch unbekannt.

Sony has now reportedly paid $500 million for Bruce Springsteen’s back catalog. Sony spent $1.4 billion on catalog purchases in the last half of 2021, according to CEO Rob Stringer. Now Sony is also buying Leonard Cohen’s Backkatlog, according to a report from March 6, 2022. Price is currently unknown.
